CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA

The protection of personal data is one of the highest priorities for Lunera Home Design (“Company”). Our Company acts in accordance with the principles and obligations required by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to ensure compliance.

1. DATA CATEGORIES AND SAMPLE DATA TYPES

The personal data processed by our Company are as follows:

  • Identity: Name, surname, T.R. Identity Number (for invoicing).
  • Contact: Phone number, e-mail, delivery address.
  • Payment and Finance: Invoicing details, payment method details (Your credit card information is processed directly by high-security payment gateways -e.g., iyzico-; our Company does not store your card details).
  • Transaction Security: IP address, log records, password information.
  • Marketing: Cookie records, shopping history, commercial communication consents.

2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your data are processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • Establishment and Performance of the Contract (Art. 5/2-c): Necessary for receiving your order, collecting payment, and delivering the product to your address.
  • Legal Obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): Processed for issuing invoices and complying with tax legislation.
  • Legitimate Interest (Art. 5/2-f): Processed to improve our service quality and prevent fraud.
  • Explicit Consent (Art. 5/1): Processed only if you provide your consent for sending communications regarding campaigns, discounts, and marketing content.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties on a limited basis to carry out our activities:

  • Logistics Companies: To cargo firms for product delivery,
  • Payment Service Providers: To banks and payment institutions for the secure completion of the payment,

Note: If the servers of our infrastructure providers (server/cloud) are located abroad, your data may be considered transferred abroad securely in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.

4. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the right to;

  1. Learn whether their personal data are being processed,
  2. Request information if their personal data have been processed,
  3. Request the rectification of personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  4. Request the erasure (anonymization) of personal data when the relevant conditions are met.
